Cocktails 6:00 pm ~ Dinner 7:00 pm ~ Awards Presentation to follow dinner
Banquet tables are round, and will seat up to 8 people. Table reservations will be made on a first come, first served basis. If you would like to make a table reservation, please fill out the reservation form below or print the Banquet Flyer to mail in your request and payment. Payment must be sent in at the same time as the reservation. Please make check(s) payable to “CFA Gulf Shore Region”, and send to Karen Godwin, 10047 Jefferson Highway, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70809, or via the PayPal link below.


Reservations and Payment MUST be received no later than June 1, 2010 at 12:00 Noon CST!

 

Dinner is $45.00 per person. Child’s Plate (children 12 & under) is $15.00. Entrees include a choice of:
