Awards Sponsorship Opportunities

The Gulf Shore Region is happy to offer you the chance to sponsor an individual cat's Regional Award this year! New for 2010, you can also sponsor a Breed Award. The awards may be sponsored by an individual(s), a cattery, club, anonymously or "in memory of." You do not need to reside in Region 3 to sponsor an award.


So if there was that special cat or breed you appreciated this year, please recognize and show your support by sponsoring this years award in Premiership, Championship, Kitten, DM or Breed. Please get together and lets have a 100% sponsored. Now is the time to support the region and each other.

 

 

"Diamonds Are Furrrever"

From now until the 2014 Annual you can give a special gift in honor of anyone, any cat- or whatever you wish-simply by donating to the GSR and selecting a "Dazzling Diamond." We will be displaying the "Diamonds" at the GSR shows and will be happy to take your requests. All requests received prior to May 31, 2010 will be displayed at the Regional Awards Banquet.

    • We are using Baturin Designs for your Award and DM Pictures. If you are getting a Regional Win or DM award, you need to send a special picture to Baturin Designs for the new style award.

      Print and save this Brochure. You will need the information contained in it to properly send the info they need!


    • Gulf Shore Regional Award Photo Requirements:
      - High Resolution images that are sized 4”x 6”
      - Choose poses that have a fair amount of background space around the subject.
      - Photos should ideally have strong contrast between the subject and the background.
      - DO NOT send photos from a website, or from a photographer CD. They do not have the resolution required; they are for web use only and Baturin Designs will not be able to use them for your award.
      - Send photos to them before May 7, 2010 to avoid penalty charges.
      - Print the Brochure. It has the Full Details you will need to properly send your photos.

       

      After printing and reading the brochure from Baturin Designs, send or e-mail the required photo and information to gsr@baturindesigns.com

       

A Friendly Reminder From James Waston to send in your photos for the Regional Awards Program. "Don't worry about jinxing your chances of the RW as I do not file the pictures with titles. So if you are in the running go ahead and send the photos so they will be available when needed. CUT-OFF DATES: I need your RW and DM photos by May 22nd to be included in the awards program book. Grands, HHP, Agility and Breed and Color winners are needed by May 31st. Please note that if you send a picture and you don't get a reply back that "I got it", follow up to see what happened. I always confirm when I get the photo. I NEED YOUR CAT'S PICTURE IF IT BECAME A: Grand Champion, Grand Premier, DM, Or is getting a: Regional Win (top 25 in Championship, Premiership and Kitten) Best, Second or Third Best of Breed Award, Best or Second Best Color Award, Top 10 Household Pets, Agility win, 26th best cat, premiership, kitten for our "Almost a RW" award". email: jwatson@tcworks.net
