Show Hours:         Check in:              Saturday Only 8:30 am to 9:30am

                                Judging:                Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.  Sunday 9:00 am to 4:00pm

Ring Clerks wanted:  first 6 clerks to volunteer will receive a $10.00 discount on their first entry.

Notice:  No veterinary inspection will be required.  You are advised to have your cat inoculated against feline enteritis, feline rhinotracheitis, calici viruses, rabies and test negative for FeLV before entry, per CFA rules.  Cats must be free of fleas, fungus, ear mites and any contagious illness.  All claws must be clipped. Declawed cats may not be entered.  Absolutely no kittens under four months of age will be allowed in the show hall.

Telephone/FAX Entries: No telephone entries will be taken.  Faxed and e-mail entries will be allowed.  As per CFA rules, payment for a faxed entry is automatically promised within 10 days or at check-in, whichever comes first.

 Returned Checks and Other Non-Payments: There will be a $25 service charge on all returned checks and unpaid fax entries.  If you enter the show, but cannot attend, be sure that your payment is postmarked on the first day of the show to avoid extra fees.

 Benching:  Cage sizes (single) are 21” x 21” x 24”. 

 Show Rules: CFA rules will govern this show.  A copy of the current Show Rules may be obtained by sending $4.00 to CFA, 1805 Atlantic Avenue, P O Box 1005, Manasquan, NJ 08736-1005.  All adult cat (including altered cats) must be registered with CFA and their registration number included on entry blanks.

 Oklahoma City Cat Club, show management or Oklahoma City Fairgrounds cannot be held liable for loss or accident to cat, exhibitor, vendor or their personal property.

 Show Hotel:  Best Western Saddleback Inn, 4300 SW 3rd St.,OKC, OK 73108,405 947-7000,  $69.00 for 2 people, additional $10 for each person over that.  $50.00 refundable pet deposit.  Cut off date Nov. 3rd.  Includes Breakfast Buffet

No shuttle will be available to the fairground for the exhibitors

 Refunds: No refunds will be made for failure to bench.

 Sales of Cats and Kittens:  One adult or two kittens are allowed per half cage.  All sales of cats and kittens must be in sales cages.  None are allowed in carriers.  All exhibitors with cats or kittens for sale must have at least one CFA registered cat or kitten entered for competition in this show.  No cats or kittens may be sold for less than $100.00.

 Scoring and awards: Will be awarded according to CFA rules.  Championship, Premiership and registered Kitten entries will be scored for CFA and Regional awards.

 Litter and Cat Food: Litter will be provided, bring your own litter pans, food and water bowls.
